Artwork Submission

All custom jobs eventually require vector based artwork. Therefore the preferred file formats are eps, dxf, or cdr. If all you have available is rasterized artwork (e.g. file formats tif, gif, or jpg) we can convert it to vector art for an additional charge. Artwork that requires any sort of cleanup will incur such art charges.


All signs must be approved in writing by the customer before production. Please include your fax, email, and/or other contact information on all quote requests.


We ship using FedEx*, UPS*, DHL* and USPS. So if you prefer for us to use any account you may have with those providers, we will gladly accomodate you.

*Note: cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses; need physical address as deliveries are made to a location - please utilize USPS for APO/FPO shipments.

Payment Options

We accept cash, checks, PayPal, eCheck, credit cards, money orders & purchase orders. Orders over $1000 are subject to an Alternative Payment Method Convenience Charge of 2.5% on Visa/Mastercard/Discover and 3.5% on American Express.


Any orders cancelled prior to completion will be subject to charges equal to the production costs incurred up to the time of cancellation plus an administrative fee of $25.


All requests for returned products must be submitted within 7 days of product receipt. Returns will only be accepted with prior written authorization and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If the merchandise received is defective or in error, every effort will be made to correct the order to your satisfaction. Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns of non-defective personalized products (including pre-laser engraved) or custom products.


All claims for merchandise lost, stolen or damaged during shipment must be filed with the transportation company. Liability for claims is transferred to the carrier at the point of shipment.

Engraving, Awards & Gifts values your privacy and will never sell, trade, share or otherwise disclose any private information regarding our customers to other parties. Customer details are utilized for order processing and informational updates exclusively.
